My Eco Bubble is 4 years old and started making a noise. Phoned samsung and was told its not registered so has no warranty. (Even though its 5 years parts and labour) I asked for help as this is only a phone call and was told 25% is available off a new machine. i was also told if the machine cost to much to repair (more then the price of a new 1 samsung would replace my machine). Guess what ?? cost of repair is £382 and now samsung dont want to know.. manager (JAY) of the warranty dept cant tel my why i was offered a new machine and cant Hounour what his team told me... i have so many samsung products and this is how they treat loyal customers
