I've purchased rs68n8941b1 refrigerator and the View Inside function seems not to be working - fridge always displays static factory image instead of live camera view. Same image is shown on the fridge itself and on SmartThings app on mobile devices. Cameras are in place, everything else works normally. I've already tried to reset the screen using the button on top of the door and also full factory reset. Nothing has changed. Is this a known issue and how could I resolve it?
