Vacuum Jet 75 backordered? Delayed?

Anyone bought the new cordless vacuum Jet 75 Complete in the last month? It has been three weeks since I placed the order with the Clean Station. The Clean Station arrived within 3 days but it's completely useless without the Jet 75.

 

The problem is the order comes with Visa Gift Card rebate and it has to be claimed within 45 days of purchase. It's over half already and I have not yet received my vacuum (need serial#).

 

This is NOT a preorder and they did not tell you it's BACKORDERED until you received the second email saying the order is processed.

 

Anybody has the same issue with order delay/backorder?

I placed my order on June 28 and had a delivery date of August 24. And I got nothing but an email saying my order was delayed and there was a new ship date of September 14th. Yesterday now I got an email saying Federal Trade Commission states any order past 60 day by law would be cancel, so Samsung sent be an email to confirm if I still wanted my order. So I clicked the confirm request and I am still waiting. I did in fact followed up with Samsung an all they said it’s delayed with no reason.

I am having this issue with an order placed for a Jet 90. I ordered on Nov 17th with a Nov 19th delivery date. The vacuum has yet to be even ship. Have no date on my order at all and E-Commerce has no idea what to do. The crazy story is that other friends who ordered after me already received theirs. We live in the same city!
