I purchased the above Washer Dryer yesterday and have been unable to register same through Members HUB.  When I search for the Washer Dryer with the Model type I can view on the Drop Down Menu but when I chose same it disappears and takes me back to the START.  HELP I have been trying for so long without success.

i have similar issue.. so far i didnt received much help, smart things app devs reply ot my email on saturday few days ago asking about model number etc but no response after that, i get an errors message asset not found and unable to register device to my account. it might be because smartthings app needs an update to include washer dryer ?
