Has anyone had difficulty adding a Samsung fridge-freezer which is already under warranty onto My Products on the Samsung website?
Is there a way to add this as the Samsung live chat aren't helpful and the email replies from the support team are totally irrelevant?
I am having the same problem registering a TV. Clicking on The Register Product link just leads me to going round and round in circles. Also, as you say, Live Chat is useless, as is this reply I just received from what appeared to be another Samsung Help site (Customer support <firstname.lastname@example.org>):

Keep in mind that you don't need to register your warranty for your TV if you don't like it as this is automatically applied. However, we will need to see the original receipt to establish the true warranty date.
However, if you are still interested in registering this you should be able to do it from your Samsung Members, you can find more about this here: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/warranty/ We hope that this helps. ^TM
Thanks for the link, but it is just one of the many ones I visited in my circular journey. There are many other posts on this forum about failed registrations similar to mine. Can you report this to whoever is responsible for fixing it at Samsung?
