I'm having no luck at all connecting my Family Hub app to my fridge, drastically reducing the 'smart' functionalities of the fridge/freezer. The app instructs me to go to Settings > Profile in the fridge's menu and log-in with my Samsung account details - however there just simply isn't an option under Settings called Profile?! There is however an option named something like Samsung ID, but even if I log-in under here the app tells me my profile still needs logging-in to
