Temperature -10 to -21 set to 17

American fridge freezer .. RH56J691SL.  
Freezer doesn’t hold -17 as you can see from the photo it seams to cycle spiking once a day in a regular time frame.  I have defrosted it, and cleaned the back of dust, unblocked the freezer drain pipe.

any thoughts on what I should do next?

Restart your fridge that will sort it out.

the fridge was off during 2x defrosting session (1st time I didn’t unblock drain) and 2 other times, this has been a problem for quite a while so this easy fix hasn’t worked for me

Then try a hard reset
