We purchased microwave MC28M6075CS in May. By August the Slim Fry function started to spark and flame.
Samsung sent someone to report on unit. He told me there was nothing wrong with it. Told me it was safe to use.
In his report he stated that the oven had not been maintained properly and was therefore un-repairable. Samsung have said the guarantee is void.
We followed the manufacturer's instructions for using and maintaining the oven.
Why did his report differ from his statement upon inspecting the unit?
