Purchased a Samsung American fridge freezer just 2 months ago, freezer stopped working within a few weeks, contacted Samsung, took 4 phone calls to get an engineer to attend, that was 8 days after the fault occurred. Engineer said he could not do anything and needed another appt for a diagnostic engineer to attend. Now the fridge isn't working either, so now been without any fridge or freezer. Still waiting, been about 3 weeks, still don't know if will be repaired any time soon. Gutted with the customer service / aftercare. It was over £1200 to buy, can't believe the stress I have been under!
I feel it should be replaced, no confidence in the fridge freezer now.
