Hi, Since buying a dishwasher in March this year, it has failed 3 times, leaking each time. Also each time, it is out of use for at least a week. Speaking to customer support is difficult and frustrating - a combination of trying to deal with the accent, and also with comprehension. I do not want to call her again. The repair company Elite are excellent, but I do not want them to return again. Enough is enough, the machine should be replaced.

Before an engineer can decide if your Dishwasher is BER (beyond economical repair), and would need to be replaced, it would require a further inspection from one of our engineers. We would suggest contacting our Support Team, so that this can be arranged. Hope this helps!
