Just had a brand new washing machine installed and delivered. Got problem where all programs seem to get stuck on 13 mins, the draining and spinning part at end of any program. So I am just trying to use Drain & Spin now which is 15 mins long, so it fills correctly, then gets to 13 min remaining and goes into endless loop of filling with water, draining - repeat repeat repeat endlessly. No spinning takes place.
Nothing is currently in the machine, it's empty. Actually, we're on our second model of this machine, the first model was assumed faulty with the same issue, but now the second model installed by AO.com today is having EXACTLY the same issue.
Can anyone help with root causing/fixing this?
