My Samsung wf45r6300aw did not finish self clean+ cycle. It ran for 8 min and is now locked in this mode. The door is locked and can not be opened. I removed all of the water ( about 10 - 15 small containers worth) via the emergency drain line and cleaned the filter as well.
According to the Samsung tech, this should have turned off the door lock light and released the locked door. It did not. There are also no error messages to report. I am able to select different cycles using the control *****, but not able to initiate any other cycles.
It seems as if the machine is waiting for the cycle to finish. I also unplugged the machine for at least 24 hours. Still no luck. I also tried to recalibrate the drum, however, the drum did not spin at all.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
