I bought Washing machine 4 years ago. Had no problem until now.
after machine suddenly cut out mid cycle, went to investigate. The fuse had melted into the plug, also leaving my socket on the wall black as if there had been a fire.
I rang Samsung to be told someone would contact me within 24 hours. Still waiting nearly 2 days now. I have a toddler potty training with me at the minute and suffer Crohn’s disease myself so you can imagine the washing starting to pile up. DIRTY washing.
ive seen that there has been a few people reporting this fault. Why have these machines not been recalled????
