Samsung washing machine Eco Bubble WW70J4243MW DISPLAY NOT WORKING

Hi there,

My washing machine display has stopped working. When I turn on the machine, the sound works fine, the button works fine. But the problem is, the display led does not turn on. 

Please help.

Same thing happened to us. Samsung said our warranty just expired. Samsung Chat (who were poor) recommended Trio who then came out with the PCB (must know that it happens a lot). £238.80 later for a five minute job. £80 + VAT for that 5 minute labour. £110 + VAT for the part, which I think Samsung should have replaced for free, as a known problem. You pay over £400 for the Eco Bubble which packs in after 2 years, bit of a joke really. What we need is the law Australia brought in re: 10 years. Awaiting info on how to log an official complaint as there is no form on the Samsung website and if not happy will be going to Trading Standards because this will not be an isolated issue and will lobby Government for the law changes.
