Samsung washing error code

Can someone please help me ?! 
my eco bubble washing keeps coming up as Dc error ? I’ve Checked the door all seems to be ok ? 
turn it on /off at the mains 

empty half the load 

added more to the load 

and nothing

It means the door isnt locked or shut properly or items is trapped also check the AddWash door

ive just checked all of that , switch it off and on from the mains and still showing the same symbol! 😣

don't you have a manual book to have a look at it to see what it means by DC error

Yes that was the 1st thing I checked , but Just wanted to know if anyone else had this issue? As I’ve checked and can’t find anything

Maybe u have ur laundry stuck on the door.

I’ve checked all around the rim and all been cleaned and couldn’t find anything

maybe if u have warranty samsung engineer can have a look

Try repair your washing machine.

when you turn it off leave it about 10 minutes (or overnight if you can) and then plug it back in and see if it clears the error. 

also, if it will let you, close the door and carry out a Calibration on the washing machine from the menu .
