Samsung washer WF50R8500AV won’t stop rinsing during spin cycle

Hi there,

my brand new Samsung front loading washer will not stop rinsing during the spin cycle, and even during only a spin cycle.  Please help!!!!!

it sounds like the cold water inlet valve is faulty and stuck in the 'open' position for some reason or not closing properly
