Hi,
I have the Samsung ecobublle washer dryer (Model code: WD80J6410AX)
we seem to have a constant problem with it in the respect of every two months or so the machine will display the error code ‘5C’ meaning that the machine won’t drain. So we drain the machine using the drain hose located at the bottom of the machine and then clean out the lint filter. Normally this will correct the problem but this time it hasn’t.
We have tried everything suggested in the manual about the pipes and checking for different things but everything seems ok especially considering that we haven’t moved the machine or touched the pipes prior to this problem.
Does anyone know what the problem could be? I don’t want to spend another 20minutss on the kitchen floor manually draining the machine!
