Samsung Washer Dryer - Control Panel Not Working

 Hi all,

Having problems selecting the settings on my washer dryer. It turns on and functions correctly but if I want to select a setting different to default it will not allow me to. I only purchased this machine 4 months ago and is under warranty but I am very dissapointed with the situation. Anything I can do?
