Is there any way I can change the software from a USA Samsung SmartFridge to be UK? (I've moved back to the UK from the USA and brought my fridge with me). Thanks.

Hi @darck1971, I'm afraid it won't be possible to change the pre-installed software on the Fridge.

Are you having any issues with the Fridge?

The issue that it's  the regions that are on the fridge are USA and Puerto Rico (only). I'm now in the UK. If I want to use, for instance, Amazon, to order an item, on the fridge. It will use Amazon.com instead of Amazon.co.uk

Understood, I'd recommend speaking to our Home Appliance team here in the UK to see if there's anything that can be done with regard to this. You can call them on 0330 000 033.

You missed a 3 off the end there... I got to them but they couldn't help me. They don't have the software to connect to the fridge because the model is a USA model - not  a UK model.

Sorry about that, if that's what they have advised, then there isn't much that can be done about this, I'm afraid.
