Samsung smart hub refrigerator changing temperature itself whenever I manually set the freezer temperature.

So my Samsung smart hub refrigerator has been changing the temperature to some other temperature rather than the temperature I set it to after about 3 seconds. It could possibly be caused by temperature sensor or maybe something else. Please tell me the possible issues and their solutions or how to turn off temperature sensor so I can manually set the temperature without having it change on its own.

@Abdulah Z: Please confirm the model number of your refrigerator, and I will take a look into this for you. Please can you also confirm the temperature you're setting the appliance to, and if the temperature is increasing or decreasing?
