Hi

I have just bought a tumble dryer 'SAMSUNG - Series 9 DV90T8240SX/S1 '.

I specifically got it so I could run it using the app, however i've hit a hurdle that it is not connecting.  I'm following all of the onscreen guidance but it isn't connecting.

Advice appreciated.

Hi

I spoke to someone who suggested it's too far away from the router (mine is in the garage).

Found no solution yet though.

I also have the same issue, and more worryingly - all my drying cycles are pumping COLD air!  I have a call with them shortly, so will ask them this question and share any feedback
