Hi All,

Currently struggling with an issue and a complete forum newbie, please see attached video of an issue we are getting with the washing machine. Tried Smartcheck app but there are no error codes showing and machine is just doing a loop on the control panel, flashing one by one

(as shown in the video).

Has anyone encountered this issue before or what it could be?

The video won't play for me, but essentially the control panel where you choose your cycle, you can't choose an option as the lights are just spinning around. Then to the right hand side on the pad, you can't reset the system or try and diagnose an error code as pressing does not lead to anything. I have turned on and off, tried to reset breaker etc more
