@antater: Is the water dispenser working as expected, and was you're refrigerator recently installed? Can you try dispensing around 4 litres of water from the dispenser to get rid of any air pockets, then try selecting Cubed or Crushed via the display panel once again? I'd also recommend checking the Ice Bucket, and removing any clumps of ice, if applicable. For guidance, please check page 20 of the user manual via the link below.
