Samsung RB31FDRNDSA/EU fridge long works

Hi

I bought this fridge freezer week ago. Its works from 09/04- 6 days. . Works all time because have Digital Inverter it's ok, but compressor pump switching on very often- works about 34 min.- side of fridge warm-up then switch off for about 20 min. and start again. When I set 3 degrees on display inside temperature waiving from 0 to 4 degrees. What you think about the long work of the fridge ?

Hi @Jack77. Are there any error codes being displayed?

No every thing is ok just switching on very often. I spoke with Samsung support and they will be sent a technician.

Unfontunetli due to COVID-19 I need to wait until lockdown it's over. Maybe someone have a similar problem? Maybe its a normal machine working style?:)))
