Keep getting the dC error code. Struggling to get an engineer visit scheduled.
Appalling service from Samsung support. Very disappointed. I have been a Samsung loyal customer for a very long time, but this recent experience has left me extremely bitter.
It’s been more than a week that our Samsung washer dryer has broken down. 5 calls later, an engineer visit is not being scheduled. Every time I called I was asked to perform some diagnostic steps and rest the machine for hours, which meant losing an entire day before I can call back.
The most recent was to run a calibration and as the machine got stuck on the calibration mode, called back and was then told to record a video and email Samsung Support (btw which means an another day lost as it’s a 24 hrs turnaround time)
After insisting to arrange an engineer visit, I was then put on hold for app. 30 mins and then told a technical specialist will call me back.
So, as it stands right now, the washing machine is still broken and I still don’t have an engineer visit scheduled ☹
Also tried using the webchat support and got the below msg
dC check code means the main door is either detecting it is not closed properly or the door lock is unable to latch and lock. if the door is closed firmly and there are no dents to the front panel affecting the angle of the door it should lock ok. If not then yes it needs an engineer.

You will go through the troubleshooting to double check but at the end it will allow an engineer to be scheduled.
