I ordered a Samsung Bespoke fridge in October. It was supposed to arrive on 12/17.. then 12/27... then 12/29... now they don't know. On the 29th it showed as out for delivery, and the delivery company even called me to ask how the delivery went. They were confused when I told then it hadn't occurred, then told me there was a staffing issue and they'd reschedule. Since then I've been give no information. I've tried both Samsung support and the shipping company (RXO) with no luck. Any ideas on how to escalate to someone who can resolve?
