I am writing this post to warn against buying a jet 70 vacuum cleaner. I have 24 months manufacture warranty and after year clips on dust container are cracked and broken. I just got a call from Samsung customer care with message this not cover warranty which is ridiculous. Now my hoover is useless and new container will cost me extra around € 100. I just want to warn you all against spending money on a product that is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This is the last Samsung product I bought because you are treating a customer who has been satisfied to this day.
