I've been a Samsung customer for many years. I have a Galaxy phone, Samsung appliances, tv's and was planning on buying the Galaxy 3 watch when it comes out. But I have been so disappointed by the Samsung refrigerator I have, that I will not purchase another Samsung product. My refrigerator (model #RF24FSEDBSA/AA) has been nothing but a problem since 6 months of owning. The inside shelves have cracked on the front corners. The ice makers in these do not work. They are not sealed enough to keep them cold. As a result you get frosting and icing inside the ice maker. I have to defrost at least every 2 weeks. If you do a little research online you will see enough people have reported this same issue that a class-action suit has been filed. I'm not one to sue, as the only people who win are the lawyers. The best I can do is not support the company by buying any more of their products. My advice to anyone shopping for a refrigerator, in not to buy a Samsung.
