Samsung Fridge Freezer RS50N3513S8/EU

Bought August 2018. 3 months ago started making a loud noise and was frozen up inside. Switched off defrosted and re set up. This week it has started making an even louder noise and is again frozen up.

Model shouldnt need defrosting.

Sounds like it is something to do with ice machine.

Have been on online chat, told to phone, phoned and after a 30min wait redirected. STILL HOLDING ON with no reply.

Need this fixed.

@MJudge: Please can you describe the noise that you're hearing, and where it is coming from? In the meantime, please can you check the following:

1. Make sure the fridge is set between 1 and 7 degrees Celcius, and the Freezer is set between -15 and -13 degrees Celcius.
2. Is the temperature of the surrounding room quite warm, or is the device near a radiator?
3. Make sure the door is shut properly, and there is no damage to the seal
4. Remove any items that are resting on top of the device
5. Make sure the appliance is stable and on level ground
6. If the fridge freezer is against a wall, move it away slightly to allow for better air circulation.
