Samsung fridge control panel

Samsung SR-S2029CSS, buttons on control panel not working.

The water dispencer is working.

The light "lock" is not lightning.

Nothing happens when i press the buttons on the control panel.

Contact Samsung they gave a solution to this for another model but should be able to do that with this fridge
