Just got the Samsung Bespoke 185cm Freezer RZ32T743538/EE. Went straight on to the door reversal job. Parts for reversal was invluded. Followed the manual, took of the door and did most of it, BUT then….. No holes for the bottom hinge on the opposite side, and no holes for bolts to the leveling leg. There is markings in the plastic for holes, but they are not drilled, and it is impossible to know if there is threads for bolts behind the markings. The manual does not say anything about drilling holes. The plastic can not be taken of to check for threads in the metal behind the plastic, because to much of the freezers undercarrige must then be dissasembled.

If you are confident that you have followed the door reversal guide included in the User manual/repair guide, and you are unable to complete the process based on the steps provided, then I recommend arranging for an engineer to inspect the device.
