I recently bought a Samsung Family Hub fridge. I was able to get it connected to the internet and a lot of the features work as I would have expected. However, I am unable to log into my Samsung account through the fridge. I can log in through my phone and computer without issue. When I attempt on the fridge, I get the message "Invalid ID or Password". Does anyone have suggestions for how to trouble shoot and/or resolve?
