@Teknopaul: Please can you confirm the model number of your washing machine, located on the sticker on the inside of the door or drum? I completely understand your concerns, so in the meantime please try to avoid selecting any alternative cycles if you're planning on running a Wool Cycle, or tap the Temp and Spin buttons below the display to adjust the water temperature and RPM manually.
