Our EcoBubble washing machine has a software error on the wool wash. When first selected the wool wash washes at 30C and spins at 400 RPM. If Wool Wash is selected after any other setting (Say Daily Wash) then it washes at 40C and spins at 800 RPM destroying my Wool jumpers! Samsung say they have not heard of that before and i have to pay for an engineer to visit and correct the software error. Has anybody else found this problem?
@Teknopaul: Please can you confirm the model number of your washing machine, located on the sticker on the inside of the door or drum? I completely understand your concerns, so in the meantime please try to avoid selecting any alternative cycles if you're planning on running a Wool Cycle, or tap the Temp and Spin buttons below the display to adjust the water temperature and RPM manually. I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
