Brought an Ecobubble (WW80J5555) in September 2019; had to have an engineer out to it several times just after I brought it. Now its getting stuck mid-cycle. I have to pause/un-pause it or turn off and move to a rinse and spin cycle.
I've calibrated it, I've turned it on and off, I've cleaned the filter, I've ran an empty cotton 90 wash (which worked fine)
This seems to be a common problem and Samsung washing machines are built with a minimum life expectancy in the hope that customers will pay for an engineer or just buy another machine.
Any advise on what else I can try before I drag the machine out the front of the house and send to land-fill???
