My machine will be 5 years old in December 2020. As of yesterday, when I press the start button, it sounds like it should, filling up, then in less than a minute it stops. the dial for the programmes can't be adjusted, the lock sign stays on and one of the washing mode symbols keeps flashing. I tried to callibrate it but did the same thing. I have also checked and cleaned out the thing at the bottom right of the machine (don't know what this is called). Any suggestions?
