Hi,

Came down this morning to see that the drum spring clip had come off at the front. Refitted and the machine didn’t want to spin. Took the back off to find that the belt had come off also. Refitted this and ran a spin programme which started for a couple of minutes before it looked like it had paused and dropped back to 12 minutes on the display. I don’t have any error codes but it doesn’t want to play ball. 

Any suggestions?

@Aaron20: Based on the nature of the fault I recommend getting in touch with our Help Desk on 0333 000 0333, or via Facebook or Twitter, and an advisor will be able to arrange for the machine to be inspected by an authorised engineer. Please avoid carrying out any repairs yourself, as this can affect your warranty.
