Samsung Dual Cook oven, the bottom is not heating

Hello. I have the Samsung Dual Cook oven and I have a problem with it. When I cook something, the bottom of my meals are not cooked, they are raw. I don't know what to do, I have to flip over all my meals in order to be cooked. Do you have any idea what is the problem?

Cani ask  which model of oven is it you have please ? The rating plate which shows the exact model is normally located  on the left or right when you open the door .
