Our Samsung stove stopped working beginning of October 2022. The stove is four years old. We call service people and we were told the control panel needed to be replaced and the ordered part. At that time the top burns worked and oven worked some times and slowly over 6 weeks it would not work. Then the stove top burns stopped working. The parts we were told were coming from Korea none available in north America. So here we are New Year’s Eve and the top burn start working again. Three months with no oven and reliable stove top. Wondering if any one else had issues like this. Very disappointed in Samsung and there parts availability.
