I placed an order for American Fridge Freezer on 13/09/2022 worth £1800 and still haven't received my order because of Samsung's delivery partner and Samsung's Logistic departments issues. Few days before I received an email form Samsung saying that my order has been cancelled and when I contacted the Customer services they informed me that the product was out of stock and Samsung website/system automatically cancels the order without customers consent.
Can Samsung system dose that automatically without customers consent??
