Samsung BRB260087WW building up ice on freezer door

Hi all,

I've only had the fridge/freezer for a few days and it was completely brand new.

Frost has been building up on the inside door (as in the photo). Have I installed this wrong or have I got the settings too cold?

@bluey205 do you live I a hard water area or have a not so good water quality, Is it Frost free because my Samsung fridge is an American with ice/water
