The steam clean function stopped midway at d-4 with the pump constantly running but the water not draining. This goes on endlessly. I cannot drain the water in the reservoir at all!
Please can someone help.

Hey @Yasmin4, are you still having issues with your oven? Is there any error message showing on the display?
