My washing machine e and tumble dryer set have suddenly gone offline and cannot co nnect to our WiFi the error says machi es ha e been factory reset. How do we get thwm back online please the autocorrect won't do it for some reason

Can you turn the power off then back after a few minutes. Also do they still work manually as it might be a WiFi problem
