I have a Samsung double oven that the app no longer talks to. When I try to add it back to the app, it cannot find the AP. It sees the AP just fine when I look at the oven control panel. I've removed and readded both my refrigerator and cooktop and they find the AP just fine. I'm currently using an Galaxy S7 running Android 7. I've already tried reinstalling the app but to no avail.

I think the oven's firmware may be the problem. I went to a local retailer and tried to connect to one of their floor models and it worked just fine. It was also running an older firmware than mine.
My current firmware is TIZEN 2.3.0 (WALLOVEN.PP.US.20170417.0637)
The firmware on the store unit that is working is TIZEN2.3.0 (WALLOVEN.PP.US.20160811.1833)

Where are you based? Your model seems to be a US model.
Can you confirm if you'd tried connecting the oven to WiFi and updating the version?

I am in the US. The model is at the latest firmware according to the display panel.
