Samsung 50K8600AV Stuck on Rinse

My washer got stuck towards the end of the cycle on rinse- switched from timing to a "loading" style of flashing lines on the screen. Cant manage to get the washer to reset and finish through the cycle. Any tips or suggestions to manage this?

Try a drain only cycle >press spin then press No spin and drain the water then when finished unplug and then call Samsung Customer Service
