After 6 months my fridge started making a loud noise while it's running 55dB rather than 39dB (which is 50x louder than advertised). It sounds like a fan catching on something inside and stops as soon as I open the door.
I spent an hour on the phone to Samsung support who kept clutching at straws for reasons that it wasn't the fridge's fault before I ran out of time then I tried the Live chat with similar success.
The ambient temperature behind the fridge is 22°C and the internal temperatures are correct, it's not rattling against any of it's surroundings, it still makes a noise when I remove the contents, I have tried de-frosting it but there's no sign of ice.
