4 month old £1500 fridge / freezer. Ice machine dispenser decides to make a very loud drilling noise (so loud the neighbours complained!). Registered the fault with Samsung. Went through diagnostics. Had to chase the engineer appointment myself with the appointed firm only to be told there is a 3 week wait! What is a family of four supposed to do without a fridge or freezer for 3 weeks? Samsung customer support is terrible. Phone wait time are horrendous and they never call back.
If only Apple made fridge / freezers!
