RS261MDWP Ice Tray Fill Line Frozen

My ice maker recently stopped filling and I just looked in there and see that the supply line right at the tray is frozen solid. 

Does this require any repair or do I simply need to defrost the freezer and then it'll be fine? Is there a heater or something that's supposed to prevent this that may need replaced?

Hey @Garmancm, I recommend defrosting the fridge and removing the ice in excess. Also, make sure that the fridge's temperature is running on  3°C and adjust the temperature if it is any higher or lower. If the supply line still gets frozen, I recommend contacting the Home Appliances Team at 0333 000 0333.

I actually replaced the supply tube/heater and now just a small amount of water runs through, but not enough to fill the ice tray. Any idea what's going on?
