RS21NCMS LEAKING DOOR SEAL

Hello, I have a RS21NCMS with a problem of icing-up on the freezer door on the hinge edge for most of the height, but mainly half way up.   The seal does not seem to compress enough to make a seal - is the door adjustable? Thanks

Yes there is some adjustment possible. Refer to P26 of the user manual. If this does not solve the issue, which seems unlikely then you will need to replace the door seal, especially as it could be faulty after up to 18 years of use, depending on the actual age of your machine. Also check the seal for any splits in it. They are very easy to replace. Simply pull out the old one, clean the groove in the door and let it dry then push fit the new seal in. Hope that solves your problem
