Hi,

I've bought a Samsung ECO washer, model ww80J5555FX.

I need to be able to take the concrete weights out so I can get it in the car. Having removed the top, I can see there's one weight at the top rear which can be removed with a long socket. There also appears to be one at the front, about half way down. Any help with how to access this would be helpful.

Thanks, Graham.

No it wasn't but they do have a point. If you tear down the appliance to transport it to that extent you will render any warranty worthless before you have even used it once. Assuming your car is big enough to carry a washing machine, the best thing you can do is have 1 or 2 strong enough people helping you shift it in and out the car each end without taking the blocks out of it. If you can't do that you really should have it delivered to your door.

Thanks but it has no warranty so that doesn't matter.

I have a large estate that will hold it however getting in with the ballast is difficult. This is something I have done before and I have had no problems.
